We want you to have a valuable experience. However, due to the digital and personalized nature of our services, our refund policy is as follows:
 

Consultations, Coaching Sessions, Workshops, & Courses
  • All sales are final. If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us immediately.

  • Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.

  • Emergency exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis by contacting us directly.


Digital Products
  • All digital product sales are final. Once purchased and delivered, items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
